Prime Mini Residential Estate of 32 flats

The buildings are founded on solid reinforced concrete strip type foundations and a solid reinforced concrete framed structure and flooring. All the concrete works, block works in Sandcrete hollow stone dust material including internal and external plastering, long span aluminium roofing sheets on timber trusses, pipe work for plumbing and electrical conduit piping and cable works have been completed in the thirty-two (32) flats.

The estate is serviced with public water supply from the FCT water board which has already been laid within the vicinity of the site including public electricity. Two additional boreholes have been installed. Soak aways and septic tank pits have also been provided.

There is an additional piece of land of about 3000m2 in the centre of the estate for additional development.
